Officials: Blackburn Correctional Complex Walkaway Arrested in Kenton Co.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – An inmate at Blackburn Correctional Complex who walked away from the minimum-security prison is now back in custody, according to authorities.

Blackburn Correctional Complex officials say Jason Prater walked away on July 9 and was apprehended in Kenton County on July 21.

Prater is currently lodged at the Northpoint Training Center.
