UPDATE: Woman pulled from Ohio River identified

Kentucky State Police say she is 51-year-old Darcy L. Hess, of Cannelton, Indiana.
Detectives say that, while the investigation continues, they are confident that Hess’ death is unrelated to two other bodies found in the river this week.
