Officers Respond To Shots Fired Call On Freeman Drive
Lexington Police responded to a call for shots fired early Sunday evening on Freeman Drive for the second time in 24 hours with the same people reporting they were shot at.
Officers said it happened Sunday evening around 6:30 on the 500 block of Freeman. Two people in a car there reported a dark green or black Durango followed them, then fired three or four shots at them.
Officers said they’ve recovered shell casings. No one was injured but it was just Saturday night when police said the same people’s house was shot at on that block.
Officers said no one was injured. They’re continuing the investigation.
