Not guilty plea from teacher accused of snorting drugs in class

MENIFEE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A former Menifee County teacher accused of snorting a crushed pill in a classroom entered a not guilty plea in court on Thursday.

Cherish Rednour was arrested back in February at Menifee County Elementary/Middle School in Frenchburg after students said they saw her cut up a pill with a credit card, make a line, snort it then slump over her desk.

Rednour was charged with public intoxication (controlled substance), possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She will be back in court on July 26.
