Nicholasville man sentenced to 30-years in child porn case
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- A Nicholasville man will spend 30 years in federal prison for inducing minors to produce sexually explicit images.
29 year-old Jordan Combs was formally sentenced on Monday by Chief United States District Judge Karen K. Caldwell.
Combs was convicted by a jury on March 8, 2018 on ten counts of receipt of sexually explicit images in interstate commerce, four counts of producing such images, five counts of distributing such images, and one count of possession of such images.
Combs must serve 85 percent of his prison sentence, which will be followed by a life term of supervised release.
The investigation was conducted by the Electronic Crimes Branch of the Kentucky State Police and DHS-HSI.
The United States was represented by Assistant United States Attorney David Marye.
