Nicholasville man arrested in explosives case
NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – A search warrant by the ATF and Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office led to the arrest of a convicted felon on weapons and explosives charges, according to deputies.
Investigators say 50-year old Roger Bowlin, of Nicholasville, was arrested at his home on Kissing Ridge Road Tuesday morning.
Deputies say he was charged with wanton endangerment, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possessing and distributing explosives without a permit.
Investigators say several guns were discovered in Bowlin’s home.
The Jessamine County Fire Department assisted at the scene.
Bowling was lodged in the Jessamine County Detention Center.
