Mom to Mom at Newport Aquarium: Mermaids Galore

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Today Sarah took us to Newport Aquarium to explore the new and exciting Mermaid Cove. This limited time exhibit has mermaids galore!

Mermaid Cove is open at the Newport Aquarium from September 29 to October 14. Several exciting events will be happening over this time, so be sure to come out, bring your kids and have an incredible time.

The main event includes a Mermaid Meet and Greet, which will be available every day. You and your family will have the opportunity to personally speak with one of the mermaids and have a photo opportunity. There are also Mermaid Swim events, where you and your family can watch mermaids swim with various sea life.

On October 12, you have the exciting opportunity to spend the night at the aquarium and experience the Overnight Adventure!

Finally, don’t miss breakfast with mermaids and pirates on Oct. 7 and Oct. 14.
