New hotel planned for The Summit at Fritz Farm

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A new 120 room hotel is planned for The Summit at Fritz Farm in Lexington, according to a the developers, the Thrash Group.

The hotel will be called ‘Origin Lexington,’ according to the developers.

The same group owns the Campbell House in Lexington.

The Summit at Fritz Farm opened earlier this year featuring more than 300,000 square feet of retail, 48,000 square feet of office space and more than 300 apartments.  The property, at the corner of Nicholasville Road and Man O War Boulevard, is still being developed.
