New dorms on MSU campus named after school’s President, First Lady

MOREHEAD, Ky. (WTVQ) – Friday was a special day for the President and First Lady of Morehead State University.

A brand new $28-million dollar residence hall on campus was dedicated and named for Wayne D. and Susan H. Andrews.  The hall is constructed on the former site of Regent and Wilson Halls and will house 550 students.  The Andrews’, who are in their thirteenth year at MSU and are retiring at the conclusion of the spring 2017 semester, say they’re honored to be associated with such a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility.

Students are scheduled to officially move in to Andrews Hall in late October.
