About Necco:

Founded in 1996, Necco is a private foster care and adoption company that partners with government entities in four states to provide therapeutic foster care, adoption, independent living programs and other counseling services to at-risk youth. In 22 years, Necco has successfully built over 25,000 families and facilitated more than 5,000 adoptions.  Over 90% of the children placed through Necco experience one move or less, significantly decreasing trauma to the child and cost to the taxpayer.

Necco operates 11 offices in Kentucky.  (Its Lexington office is located at 503 Darby Creek Rd.)
