Natural Bridge State Resort Park receives $1.3 million in upgrades

SLADE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Natural Bridge State Park is receiving $1.3 million in upgrades.

It’s scheduled to get a new lodge roof, wastewater treatment plant improvements and renovations for most of its lodge rooms.

Natural Bridge State Resort Park has a lodge, restaurant, cottages and campground.

The park offers recreational activities, like hiking and swimming, and a trail that leads to a natural bridge with access to nearby Red River Gorge.
