N. Cleveland Road shut down after head-on collision

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Lexington Fire Department reports they responded to a North Cleveland Road collision at 5:26 p.m. on October 5.

The Fire Department says one vehicle was a van, and the Jaws of Life were needed to get the driver out of the 4-door car. Of the two people involved, one was uninjured, and the second was sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries to their arm.

The road has been shut down in both directions.
