Murray State student charged with rape
MURRAY, Ky. (WTVQ)- A current Murray State student and Lexington native is now charged with rape.
According to the Murray Ledger and Times, 25-year-old Dannis Lee Seay could face up to 20 years in prison.
He has pleaded not guilty.
According to the Commonwealth Attorney’s, the rape happened off-campus.
In a statement from Murray State, administrators say they are aware of the situation and have no further comment.
