Murder suspect due in Court in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. — Bobby Hubbard, a suspect accused in the shooting death of a man nearly two years ago, is scheduled to appear in court Monday.

Court records indicate that Hubbard is due for a status hearing Monday afternoon at 1 p.m. He is charged with murder in connection to the death of Doricky Harris, who was fatally shot on West Sixth Street in September 2022.

Hubbard was arrested in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, more than three months after the deadly shooting. As we have previously reported, his apprehension followed an extensive investigation that led authorities to his location.
