Louisville murder suspect found after release from jail

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) – Louisville police have located a murder suspect who was mistakenly released from jail in eastern Kentucky late last month.

When he was initially arrested, Terrance Moore was transferred to Taylor County, then to Pike County, where he was released by mistake. He was being held on a robbery charge while he awaited a murder trial in Louisville

Moore and his brother Kentrey Moore have been charged in the March fatal shooting of 21-year old Tyrone Booker. WLKY-TV reports a metro police fugitive team found him Friday afternoon at an apartment in Louisville. Police said he had an AK-47 and a handgun.

Terrance Moore will face additional charges after the release.
