Multiple reports have Hamidou Diallo returning to UK

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – After a long wait, Solid Blue fans can sigh in relief.  Multiple national reports have Hamidou Diallo returning to UK next season.

The UK guard sat out his lone semester after joining the team late in the season.  He was projected as a late first round or early second round choice if he stayed in this year’s draft.

Diallo wowed scouts with his testing and measurements at the NBA Draft Combine in Chicago, but failed to continue to thoroughly impress during team workouts.

The UK guard withdrew from a Wednesday workout with the New York Knicks.
