Too much effort leading to failure

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Things go wrong.  Sometimes, they go wrong because someone doesn’t know what they’re doing.

Mark Stoops doesn’t buy into the fact that his players don’t know what they’re doing and that’s why mistakes are being made.

In fact, Stoops thinks his guys might be doing too much and overdoing it to the point of failure  They’re trying to be heroes by doing more than their share.

Is that the problem on defense?  Especially with the secondary?
