Mount Sterling man indicted on 12 child pornography charges in Montgomery County
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, KY. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A Mount Sterling man has been indicted on multiple child pornography charges in Montgomery County.
According to the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office, a grand jury indicted 38-year-old Justin Eller this week on 12 felony charges for allegedly sharing sexually abusive images and videos involving children.
Investigators say most of the videos allegedly involved minors between the ages of 12 and 18, though at least one video included a child younger than 12.
Officials say the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Eller during a traffic stop following an investigation that began in December after a tip was submitted to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
According to court records, Eller is scheduled to be arraigned on March 27.
