Mount Sterling man arrested in child porn case

MOUNT STERLING, Ky. (WTVQ) – State Police say a Montgomery County man was arrested Tuesday on child pornography charges resulting from an online investigation. Investigators say 35-year old Jason Lee Roe, of Mount Sterling, was charged with 1 count of Distribution of Matter Portraying Sex Performance by a Minor 1st Degree and 20-counts of Possession of Matter Portraying a Sex Performance by a Minor.

Roe was lodged in the Montgomery County Detention Center. The case is still under investigation, according to KSP.
