Morgan County man accused of getting minor to make explicit videos

MORGAN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police announce the arrest of a West Liberty man who they say directed a minor to make sexually explicit videos.

KSP says 35-year-old Patton Blevins was communicating with a minor under the age of 16 online. They say he instructed the child to produce the videos.

Investigators searched his home on Tuesday and seized equipment they say he used in the crime.

Blevins is currently charged with promoting a minor under 16 in a sexual performance. He is also charged with possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor.
