Morehead police department hosts armored truck pull

MOREHEAD, Ky. (WTVQ) – The police department in Morehead hosted it’s first armored truck pull Saturday.

The money raised will benefit Rowan County’s special olympics team.

Truck pull teams raced to see who could pull a 20 ton armored truck down First Street.

Fifteen teams took part and raised more than two-thousand dollars to send local athletes to the special olympics.
