Morehead Police arrest man accused of trafficking heroin and meth

MOREHEAD, Ky. (WTVQ)- Morehead Police have arrested a man accused of trafficking heroin and meth.

According to officers, police responded Saturday night to a call about a man with a gun near Arby’s. Officers say he brandished the gun during a shouting match.

Officers found the man at a hotel and arrested him. The department says an officer found a large amount of suspected heroin, meth, cash, and a gun with the man.

He was arrested on an outstanding warrant and trafficking the drugs.
