Moped Driver Killed In Clinton County
A man was killed after a driver hit his moped on a road in Clinton County.
Kentucky State Police said 48-year-old Bharatkumar Batel was going down North U.S. 127 Sunday night on his moped when 80-year-old John Byers hit him with his pickup truck.
Police said Batel was not wearing a helmet when he was hit and thrown from the moped.
He was later pronounced dead.
