Monticello police looking for Christmas tree thieves

MONTICELLO, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — The Monticello Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying individuals caught on surveillance video stealing a Christmas tree.

The incident has prompted Crime Stoppers of Wayne County to offer a $250 cash reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible.

Police are urging anyone who recognizes the individuals, the vehicle seen in the footage, or has any details that could aid in the investigation to come forward.
