Missing Clay Co. man found safe

Ratliff was found safe and the Golden Alert has been canceled, Berry said in an update.

A Golden Alert has been issued for a missing Clay County man who is an insulin-dependent diabetic and without his medication.
David Ratliff was last seen on Sunday, according to Clay County Emergency Management Deputy Director Revelle Berry.
The 43-year-old has tattoos covering his right arm to his elbow on his left arm. He also has tattoos on his calf.
He’s 6’4″ and approximately 200 pounds. He may not be wearing glasses and could be clean-shaven or with a scruffy beard.
Ratliff was last seen wearing a long-sleeved shirt, jacket and pants all camo in color.
He was also seen wearing brown work boots and a blue UK hat.
He may be on foot or in a black Chevrolet Silverado.
