Milton-Madison Bridge Demolished

Workers demolished a 700-foot section of the old Madison-Milton bridge over the Ohio River today.  The controlled explosive demolition happened just after 9:00am.

Several roads in the area were closed right before the demolition to comply with a 1,000 foot safety perimeter, including the new $100 million dollar Ohio River Bridge.
