Mega Millions jackpot on the rise

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Friday’s Mega Millions jackpot of $422 million is sixth highest in the game’s history, according to the Kentucky Lottery…and it’s expected to go even higher by the time of Friday night’s drawing.

The overall odds of winning the jackpot are one to more than 302 million.

The highest jackpot for Mega Millions was $656 million on March 30, 2012.
