Martine and Jim Holzman have owned Martine’s Pastries in Lexington since 1999, and have been at 1039 Industry Road location since 2001. Only flavor exceeds the beauty of Martine’s exquisite  cakes, wedding cakes and pastries. Martine is renowned for the rich yet delicate buttercream frosting on her delicious cakes, which come in a variety of flavors. Her desserts are made from the finest ingredients, such as real butter, cake flour, premium flavorings and European chocolates.

Martine’s philosophy from the beginning was to build a business with excellent customer service, and use the finest gourmet ingredients and artisanal skill to create a product that was also an experience.

Demand for Martine’s skills has grown beyond wedding cakes into celebration cakes and pastries, which are available from the shop – open to the public – on Industry Road for fast and easy pickup for dinners, parties, meetings and other gatherings.
