Man’s body found in burned camper trailer in Kentucky
SOMERSET, Ky. (AP) – A body has been found in a camper trailer that was set ablaze in Kentucky.
News outlets report that investigators with the Pulaski County Major Crimes Task Force and coroner’s office believe 72-year-old Ronald Mundy, found Tuesday, was killed sometime in the past few days and the trailer was set on fire to destroy evidence. The Tateville Fire Department extinguished the fire before it could destroy the trailer.
Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Major Jeff Hancock says investigators are interviewing persons of interest and have thus not released how the man was killed so as to not compromise the investigation.
