Man who sexually assaulted unconscious woman sentenced

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man who sexually assaulted a female co-worker while she was unconscious, was sentenced to 90-days in jail and fined $250 in Lexington.

A judge sentenced Clyde Sexton in connection to the sexual assault of Melissa Kline-Smiley at a strip club in 2013, where the two were doing painting and other maintenance work.  Kline-Smiley, who passed out on the job, died a few days later from a drug overdose, according to investigators.  Sexton was not charged in connection to her death.
