Man wanted for quick changing people in Winchester

WINCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) – Winchester Police officials say they are looking for a man that is believed to be quick changing people.

They say the man is driving a white Lincoln.

According to the police he is using the techniques at local businesses on the Bypass.
