Man Struck And Robbed Near UK Campus

 A crime bulletin was issued on the University of Kentucky campus last night following a strong-arm robbery.
 Lexington police said a man was walking on East Maxwell Street at 11:15 p.m. when he was approached by three men.
 They demanded his money and phone.
 Police said, as one of the suspects was pulling out a gun, it struck the victim in the face.
 The suspects got away with the victim’s phone.
 The victim then ran to the University of Kentucky police station on Euclid Avenue to report the crime.
 Police said the victim was not seriously injured and did not want to go to the hospital.
