Man stabbed in parking lot in Mt. Sterling

MT. STERLING, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police are investigating a stabbing in Mt. Sterling that left a man hospitalized.

Authorities say the man was assaulted and stabbed in a Dairy Queen parking lot around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.

He was taken to the University of Kentucky hospital to be treated.

There is no word on his condition.

Police have not released information on a possible suspect.
