Man Shot To Death In Lexington Apartment
A man was shot to death Monday morning at a Lexington apartment.
Police said they received several reports of shots fired in an apartment building at 2216 Dinsmore Drive just after 2 a.m.
When they arrived, they said they found a man lying dead on a mattress in the living room.
Police said he had been shot multiple times in the neck and chest.
Police said his roommate told them he was in the back bedroom when he heard a knock on the door then gunfire.
When he went out to the living room, he said found his roommate dead.
Witnesses told police they saw a silver SUV with four men inside leave the scene.
Police are still searching for the suspects.
They said they do not have a motive for the shooting.
