Man shot in Georgetown transported to hospital

GEORGETOWN, Ky. (WTVQ) – Georgetown Police say a man was shot Friday night around 6 p.m.

It happened on Final Turn Circle.

The victim, whose name wasn’t immediately released, was rushed to UK Hospital in Lexington.

Police say a woman was taken in for questioning, but as of this writing, she had not been charged in the case.
