UPDATE: Lexington police arrest murder suspect in fatal shooting
UPDATE: (4/23/18, 9:06 p.m.) — Lexington police say Aramis Murray, 27, was arrested Monday.
Police say Murray was wanted in connection to Sunday night’s fatal shooting on Corral Street.
According to police, Murray is charged with murder, and is in the Fayette County Detention Center.

UPDATE (10:32 a.m.) — Lexington Police say 27-year-old Aramis Murray is wanted for murder in connection to the fatal shooting Sunday night.
Police tell ABC 36 it happened shortly after 8:30 p.m.
They got a call about five shots fired on Corral Street with one man down.
The coroner’s office says 30-year-old Jason Lemer Smith died from his injures.
Smith’s death is being investigated as homicide.
The victim’s family has set up a GoFundMe page of Smith’s funeral arrangements.
