Man pleads guilty in deaths of two Winchester teens
WINCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man could spend 20 years behind bars after pleading guilty to a shooting in Winchester that left two teenage girls dead.
Denzel Hill pleaded guilty Thursday to two counts of facilitation to murder, wanton endangerment and tampering with physical evidence.
According to police, Hill, along with Darian Skinner and Ronnie Ellis, got in a gunfight with Matthew Carmen on November 7, 2017 at the Washington Street Apartments on Washington Street in Winchester.
Kayla Holland and Adrianna Castro, both 16-years-old, were caught in the crossfire.
Prosecutors are recommending a 20-year sentence for Hill.
Hill has also agreed to testify against the other suspects.
He will be formally sentenced on August 15.
