Man killed in Laurel County motorcycle crash

EAST BERNSTADT, Ky. (WTVQ) — A man was killed in a motorcycle crash in Laurel County on Christmas Day, according to the sheriff’s office.

Deputies say 56-year-old Tony Swanner crashed on Mt. Zion Road in East Bernstadt, which was the road he lived on.

They say he was driving with a 12-year-old passenger when he lost control and wreck.

Swanner was pronounced dead at the scene by the coroner.

Deputies say the 12-year-old had minor injuries.
