Man killed in Laurel County crash Friday night

LAUREL COUNTY, LY. (WTVQ)- A man is dead after a car crash Friday night on Kentucky 192 in Laurel County.

Deputies say a Nissan Altima was going east on 192 when it went off the road at a curve, traveled into a ditch, became airborne, hit two trees, spun around, and landed in an embankment.

The county coroner says 55-year-old Jimmy Dugger from London died at the scene.

According to deputies, 38-year-old Sherri Roberts also from London was airlifted to UK Medical Center with serious injuries.
