Man killed in Franklin County fatal crash identified

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- The county coroner has released the name of the victim involved in a fatal crash Friday night in Franklin County.

The coroner says 41-year-old Jason Powell died in the crash on Highway 127 near US 421.

According to the coroner, it seems Powell was driving a pickup truck that collided with two other vehicles.

The coroner says it’s unclear right now whether Powell was wearing a seat belt.
