Man injured in overnight shooting

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington police say a man showed up to the hospital with a gunshot wound after officers responded to a shots fired call near Georgetown Street.

Police say they were called to the area around 2:45 a.m. Friday and found shell casings a few streets over on Oak Street.

They say the victim has a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the torso.

Police say they are still looking for a suspect.
