Man hits taxi in attempted shooting

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington police say someone tried to shooting someone and ended up hitting a taxi.

The cab driver says he picked up two men on Southland Drive and took them to Florence avenue around one Sunday morning.

He says after the two left the cab one man shot at the other, missed him, but hit the cab.

The driver says the two men hadn’t been arguing during the ride.

Police are looking for the shooter.
