Man found shot in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man was found shot in the back of the leg on Roosevelt Boulevard in Lexington Wednesday night, according to Lexington Police.

Investigators say it happened around 11:20 p.m. in the 400 block.

Police say the victim, whose name wasn’t released, is 60-years old and was shot in the back of the leg.

Investigators say the victim wasn’t forthcoming with information, but did say a blue, four-door car was involved in the shooting.

The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to police.
