Man facing charges 8 months after fatal crash

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)-Eight months after another fatal crash in Laurel County, a man is facing charges for causing it.

Deputies arrested 34-year-old Eric Cassidy Friday afternoon about 12 miles southeast of London.

Investigators say at the end of November, Cassidy was driving under the influence of drugs and caused a crash that killed Sherry King from Barbourville on Kentucky 229.
