Man dies after dozer overturns in Owingsville

OWINGSVILLE, Ky. (ABC 36 News Now) — A man is dead after a heavy equipment accident in Bath County on Saturday, according to Kentucky State Police.

First responders were called to Stevens Road in Owingsville just before nine this morning. Investigators say a dozer overturned at the scene.

62-year-old Douglas Wells of Sharpsburg died at the scene.

Kentucky State Police and the Bath County Coroner’s Office are still investigating the incident.
