Man charged with murder in Lexington, victim’s name released
UPDATE: The Fayette County Coroner’s Office says the victim was 24-year-old Daquan Collins of Lexington.
The coroner says Collins died from a gunshot wound sustained in the Delaware Avenue shooting. He was pronounced at UK Hospital.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A man charged with murder in connection to a deadly shooting in Lexington on Tuesday is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
Police say 29-year-old Luis Ramos is accused of shooting a man on Delaware Avenue. The victim was taken to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
In addition to the murder charge, authorities have also charged Ramos with using restricted ammunition. He is scheduled for arraignment in court at 1 p.m.
