Man charged with having sex with dead deer

MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A Muhlenberg County man is facing charges after police say a witness reported disturbing behavior involving an animal, according to an arrest citation.

According to a uniform citation from the Central City Police Department, Allen Osbourne was arrested after officers responded to a report on Saturday. The citation says a driver contacted police after allegedly seeing a man engaging in sexual activity with a dead deer along Phillip Stone Way.

Police say the witness provided a description of the suspect and where he was located. Officers later made contact with Osbourne, who investigators say matched the description given to dispatchers. The citation states officers observed blood on his hands and face, and investigators reported finding blood and deer fur during the arrest process.

According to the citation, Osbourne is charged with sexual crimes against animals. Authorities say the investigation remains active.
