Man Charged Months After Crash
A man was arrested in connection to a crash that happened more than seven months ago in Lexington.
According to a police citation, Lucien Moody, 19, was drunk when he slammed his car into a tree on Blairmore Drive on August 23rd.
Moody and his passenger were seriously injured.
Moody is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday on driving under the influence and wanton endangerment charges.
