Man charge with rape, sexual abuse of 3 girls

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police arrest a Lexington man, accused of sexually abusing three young girls.

According to court documents, 31-year-old Heber Jimenez had sexual contact repeatedly with the girls while they were all under the age of 10.

In addition to the sexual abuse charges, he is also charged with raping one of the girls.

Documents say that happened when the girl was six years old.

Documents also say two of the girls witnessed the other victim being sexually abused.

Jimenez will be arraigned Wednesday.
