Man arrested for stealing snack cakes in Williamsburg

WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) — A man is accused of stealing snack cakes and money in Williamsburg.

Police say he stole $400 and 500 cases of snack cakes from a storage facility.

The cakes belonged to a food vendor who planned to sell them to local stores.

Police say they were tipped off that someone was selling the cakes on Facebook.

Investigators found James E. Carroll and arrested him.
